This calming session begins with a gentle hand cleansing using a designed heart chakra soap, loving made with intention. helping you release the day and arrive fully present. The space is softly lit with rose quartz salt lamps. A rose quartz face mask and rose essential oil are used throughout the massage to support emotional balance and heart harmony. You'll be guided through a 15-minute heart-centered meditation, using heart frequency harmonies to support your journey. Followed by a 45- minute full body massage focusing on heart healing, fostering joy, laughter, and peace. Celebrate your happiness with the hydration of organic pink lemonade.
