A spiritual journey into your muscle tension and joint pain. This hour-long massage guides me through your body and into the story's attached to your discomfort. What are you holding onto? Who and what is the pain connected too? Whatever we think about, even subconsciously connects directly with our body. It can be overthinking, anxiety or even joy has a response in our bodies (a good one). Your muscles know. Your joints know. Knowledge is powerful, once you begin to recognize your thought patterns connected to body pain, we can stop it from progressing.
